Our ordering process is simple: browse our products, select your specifications, upload your design files, review your order, and proceed to checkout. You can track your order status through your account dashboard after placing an order.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
Changes can be made to your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if production hasn't started.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period but before production begins, a 15% processing fee may apply. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
